Pure IV Utah is the premier provider of Mobile IV Therapy in the U.S. Our team includes expert-level IV paramedics, critical care nurses, emergency room nurses, SWATs, and emergency room nurses. Board-certified emergency room physicians supervise our extensive line of in-home care services, and we can now offer Telemedicine services.

The Mobile IV Nurse 1099 contractor position requires highly skilled Registered Nurses & Paramedics who can administer IV treatments. The applicant should be professionally competent and approach each client with care and dignity.

What We Do

Join Pure IV Utah to become part of a leading provider of mobile IV therapy. We serve multiple locations in Arizona, Utah, Nevada, Texas, and Colorado. 


We provide infusions to patients at their home, office, or other location to help them feel better quickly. In addition to delivering high-quality products containing powerful vitamins, minerals, supplements, electrolytes, and medications, Pure IV Utah is renowned for using medical-grade products. Our IVs can treat illnesses, hangovers, chronic and acute medical conditions, and other health issues. An RN or paramedic provides IV therapy under the medical direction of a physician (see our list of services here).


All IV nurse positions are available as independent contractors. In addition to getting generous financial terms, you also get the satisfaction of managing your operations, which includes tracking mileage and supplies.

As a provider, you will perform in-home IV appointments. Our comprehensive protocol and procedure resource document includes a detailed explanation of each vitamin and medication we administer to ensure our patients receive the best possible care. We provide expert treatment for symptoms ranging from a hangover to a cold or flu; autoimmune diseases to pregnant and nursing mothers.
